James C Gibbel

serves as President of Gibbel Insurance Agency and has been a managing partner since its formation.  Currently he is involved in agency management and providing his 45+ years of experience to our insureds.  Jim is an avid traveler who has been to 48 US states and over 50 countries.  He is very involved with his church and the church denomination around the world. Ethan Gibbel

serves as Vice President of Gibbel Insurance and is focused on commercial and employee benefits business developments.  He has been part of the Gibbel team since 2004.  Ethan is a 2002 alumni of Juniata College with a BS in Business Management.  His favorite part of his role at Gibbel Insurance is building relationships in the community and partnering with businesses to protect their needs and control their costs.  In his spare time, Ethan and his wife can be found rock climbing local crags, riding trails on his mountain bike, paddling whitewater in his kayak, and every once in a while getting to the beach to ride some waves.  Email Ethan

Joyce Pfautz

serves as our administrative assistant and bookkeeper.  She has been greeting guests at our office since 1992.  She has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry and has earned her CISR certification.  Joyce is a people person and enjoys getting to know our clients and helping them understand their insurance.  When she isn’t working you will most likely find her at the beach. Miriam "Mim" Graham

has been serving our personal lines insureds for 4 years.  She has over 7 years of experience in the insurance industry.  She enjoys meeting new people and helping clients with all of their personal insurance needs.  When she is not working she enjoys spending time with friends, shopping and baking. Ginny Sapovits

has been helping our commercial lines customers for over 20 years.  Prior to her time at Gibbel Insurance she worked with Prudential Life Insurance for 10 years.  Her favorite part of her role at Gibbel is working with our clients.  Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, singing in her church choir, cooking, reading, playing the piano, and cheering on the Phillies. Mark Snavely

has been at Gibbel Insurance for 2 years.  He was brought to our agency in an effort to grow our life and health insurance division.  He has done just that by providing his expertise and humor in working with many in our community.  Mark brings 23 years of experience at Prudential to our agency.  He specializes in the sale of life insurance, individual and group health insurance, long-term care, disability income, and Medicare insurance products.  He enjoys working with clients to find the best fitting product for their situations.  When he is not working he enjoys playing golf and coaching his son’s football team. Theresa Tshudy

has been serving our personal lines insureds for the past 10 years.  She came to us after 4 years as an underwriter at Reamstown Mutual.  She enjoys working with our clients to find them the best coverage for their dollar.  When she is not at Gibbel Insurance you can be sure to find Theresa at the beach during the summer and on the slopes in the winter. Mike Lefever

is our newest addition at Gibbel Insurance having joined the Agency as an Account Executive in June of 2009.  Mike has over 16 years experience in the Commercial Insurance industry, holding Sales and Management positions for both insurance agencies and companies.  Mike has a genuine desire to make sure his clients are adequately protected, and enjoys creating cost effective insurance plans for them.  Mike graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management and attained his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation in 1998.  Married with two children, Mike enjoys spending most of his free time attending his children’s various school and sports related activities.
